Can anyone - even non-fans - deny the impact that Star Wars has had on pop culture? One of my favourite movie scenes is from Clerks 2 (a disappointing sequel in most respects) when some random fanboy dares to try and convince acid-tongued Randall that the Lord of the Rings trilogy is better than Star Wars - and ends up getting verbally assaulted so unrelentingly that he pukes. To most, Star Wars is, and will remain, the original and most important film trilogy there is. But you know what else is so cool that it has its own cult-ish, devoted fanboy clans around the world? Ninjas! Clearly, George Lucas was heavily inspired by the ninja/samurai order when he created his Jedi warriors, which is one reason why this picture below is so abso-friggin-lutely awesome.
How badass would it be to put this on? And how terrified would you be to see this running at you, katana blade flashing death with every step its wielder took towards your soft, girly neck? Great piece of art - now if they only had Darth Maul Samurai armour, all would be complete.
